REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Khatri Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

By booking a tour package, hotel, transport, or any travel-related service with us, you agree to the terms stated below.


Cancellation by Customer - 


If a customer wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:


For Domestic Tour Packages:


 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost
15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
3–6 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
Less than 72 hours or No Show: 100% of total package cost


For International Tour Packages:


 45 days or more before departure: 20% of total package cost
30–44 days before departure: 40% of total package cost
15–29 days before departure: 70% of total package cost
Less than 15 days or No Show: 100% of total package cost


 Flight & Hotel Cancellation

Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation policies.
Hotel bookings are subject to hotel cancellation terms.

Some promotional fares and discounted hotel bookings may be non-refundable.
Visa fees, travel insurance, and service charges are non-refundable once processed.





Refund Process



  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
  • Bank charges, payment gateway charges, and administrative fees may be deducted.
  • In case of partial utilisation of services, no refund will be provided for unused services.




 Cancellation by Khatri Holidays



Khatri Holidays reserves the right to cancel a booking due to:

- Insufficient bookings
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
- Safety concerns


In such cases:

• A full refund of the land package cost will be provided
OR
• An alternative package/date will be offered

Refunds do not apply to third-party services already confirmed (such as flights or visas).


No Show Policy


If the customer does not arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior notice:

 - 100% of the booking amount will be non-refundable.



Amendment Policy


 Date changes are subject to availability.
Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer.
Amendment requests must be made in writing via email.
Administrative charges may apply.



Force Majeure


Khatri Holidays shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control including:

 - Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Government regulations
- Airline operational issues


Refunds in such cases will be processed as per supplier policies.
