Package inclusions are limited to services explicitly mentioned in the itinerary.

Unless specified, the following are excluded:

• Personal expenses
• Travel insurance
• Visa fees
• Meals not mentioned in itinerary
• Optional activities
• Any additional services not stated in writing

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal information
• Ensuring passport validity (minimum 6 months for international travel)
• Obtaining necessary visas and travel documents
• Arriving at departure points on time
• Following local laws and regulations at destinations

Khatri Holidays shall not be responsible for losses arising from failure to comply with these requirements.

Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website.

Refund eligibility depends on:

• Cancellation timeline
• Supplier policies (airlines, hotels, etc.)
• Type of booking

• Any request for changes must be submitted in writing via email.
• Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval.
• Additional charges may apply for date changes, upgrades, or modifications.

Khatri Holidays acts as a travel organizer and facilitator. We coordinate services with third-party providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and visa agencies.

We shall not be held liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
• Hotel service issues
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings
• Political disturbances or government restrictions

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the specific service.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Political unrest
• Airline operational disruptions

Refunds in such cases will be subject to supplier policies.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all customers.
Khatri Holidays shall not be responsible for medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or personal loss during travel.

Customers are expected to maintain respectful and lawful behavior during travel.

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a customer:

• Engages in illegal activity
• Causes disturbance to other travelers
• Damages property
• Violates local laws
